Reservations are secured by a credit card at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

Cancellation policies vary by hotel but will be confirmed at the time of reservation. Unfortunately, if your customer fails to cancel their reservation, they will be charged a minimum of one night's room charge and tax, billed to the credit card supplied during the reservation process. As cancellation policies vary by hotel they may also have additional liabilities as agreed to during the reservation confirmation process.
